S+C MÄRKER can draw on many years of experience in the field of heat treatment. This makes S+C MÄRKER the foremost specialist for various heat treatment processes.
Our range of services includes vacuum hardening, tempering (full and partial) as well as hardening and quenching, solution annealing (1150 °C), age hardening and stress relieving. For all these treatments, the latest heat treatment equipment is used.
The heat treatment services are further extended by employing various methods of hardness testing, cleaning and degreasing (with vacuum drying) and re-straightening of bar material, mandrels and shafts. Additionally, metallurgical examinations can be carried out in our in-house laboratory.
