As a highly efficient division of S+C since 1932, we regularly produce alloy steel castings for the most diverse applications. Our manufacturing processes include static casting, (resin-bonded and greensand), investment casting and shell moulding. We also have a well equipped machine shop which allows us to supply both pre-machined and finish-machined parts. Of course, we are also fully certified with all the relevant inspection authorities.S+C - Chemical and Petrochemical Industry
Whether plastic articles, colour pigments or medicines - there are countless products, whose basic materials are manufactured by the chemical and petrochechemical industry. They all have one thing in common however. For their manufacture, processes are necessary that take place at extremely high pressures and temperatures - temperatures above 1200°C are frequent.
S+C - Power Engineering
From the light bulb through to large-scale industrial applications - the future is dark without energy. For this reason alone, energy production is a profoundly important issue that is resolved using diverse means: Coal, crude oil and natural gas are classic energy suppliers. Providing maximum performance when the heat is on - the hallmark of an efficient industrial furnace. There is hardly another application where heat and wear resistant materials play such a vital role. S+C has continuously developed its expertise in the construction of furnace rollers and components for surface treatment plants. Today, we are able to offer you high performance steel products which, for example in furnace construction, improve performance and precision.

S+C - Off- and Onshore Technology
The sea offers a great deal when it comes to energy generation: Its enormous force can be used by tidal and hydro-electric power plants, whilst the sea floor contains enormous amounts of crude oil and gas. These energy sources can be used today, where by difficult problems have to be resolved. One solution is the use of high performance steels ”Made by S+C”.
S+C - Shipbuilding / Marine
Sea voyages are a wonderful experience, but for boatsnd ships, life on the ocean waves is hard work. Also hen the sea is calm, onboard metal components arepermanently subjected to the aggressive salts in the seawater. Components such as steering gear, seal and collarbushes or parts of the communication system on marine vessels must be all the more resistant to the destructive influences of salt water. This is where S+C high performance steels are in their element in the true sense of the word. Components of high performance steel ”Made by S+C“ are resistant to aggressive salts as well as combustion residues and adverse weather conditions.
S+C - Seperation Technology
The clean separation of products is important for numerous industries. Wherever separators or decanters are used, e.g. in dairies, breweries or in edible oil production, clean separation of products is decisive to the quality. A further main application for separating technology is environmental protection. Particularly in raw material recycling and waste-water clarification, the aim is to remove undesirable substances leaving the rest as residue-free as possible.
