Schmidt + Clemens Group was very satisfied with number of visitors
Lindlar/Brno 08.10.07. From 01st until 05th October 2007 the 49th international mechanical engineering exhibition (MSV) took place in Czech Brno. Under leadership of the Czech subsidiary S+C Alfanametal, the Schmidt + Clemens Group presented high performance steel components.
In his opening speech the Czech Prime Minister, Mirek Topolánek, stressed the great importance of the Brno exhibition not only for the Eastern European area. Thus, the MSV develops ever more to a platform for international exhibitors and as the gate for the whole European market.
„We are very satisfied with the number of visitors“ so Alés Winkler, Sales Manager of S+C Alfanametal. „In the past 10 years we worked on a good reputation in the Eastern European market. Our quality products „made by S+C“ are much in demand“ so Winkler further. And Head of Marketing of S+C, Lars Niemczewski, supplemented, that in particular the presented complex high performance steel components and the centrifugal casting parts for the separation technology found great interest.
On a space of 28 m² the Schmidt + Clemens Group presented manufactured products for example for the food industry, pumps and valves as well as parts of the booming market section for energy and separation technology.
The international acting Schmidt + Clemens Group produces with its 1000 employees and a total turn over of 250 M€ (2006) next to the German headquarter also in Brazil, Great Britain, Malaysia, Spain and Czech Republic. „Made by S+C“ is a synonym for high performance steel made of static casting, centrifugally casting as well as forged materials worldwide.
