S+C BOWERS & JONES LTD. SOLD

On 1st July 2016 Schmidt + Clemens (S+C), leading producer of high grade steel components based in Lindlar - Germany, sold its British subsidiary S+C Bowers & Jones Ltd. to Cable Capital Partners Ltd. based in London.

Therefore, S+C focuses on its main business sector for the Petrochemical Industry, Separation Technology, Power Technology and Industrial Furnace Construction.

The Schmidt + Clemens Group employs around 1,000 people worldwide (including some 600 in Germany), and in addition to its parent plant in Germany, also has production facilities in Spain, the Czech Republic, Malaysia and Saudi-Arabia.
