Flexible Working Hours:

Within the scope of the optimum combination of work and family, we offer all kinds of working hour models: from the shift model in the trade area and flextime for salaried employees to individually tailored flexible part-time work due to child or family care needs and other private plans. In-House Child Care Center

Since 2008, S+C has its own child care centre. About 200 sqm are available indoors and about 260 sqm outdoors. A terrace with a slide into the sandbox and various other playground equipment guarantee practically no limits for outside play.

The facility is headed up by state-approved teachers and contains only the children of S+C employees. Through corresponding child care, we are able to offer our employees additional flexibility in terms of time, as well as financial advantages.

In-House Fitness Studio

Since 2011, S+C has an in-house fitness studio, set up solely for our employees. Since then, all employees of S+C can train free of cost four days a week under professional supervision and care. In parallel, we offer a variety of health and fitness courses (back exercise, Zumba, running, dietary advice).


S+C has a highly modern canteen with employee-group-specific menus from a salad bar and particularly healthy food to hearty meals.

The S+C Academy is an important part of the Human Resources Management department. This department is a training and development partner within the Schmidt + Clemens Group and provides modern systems and tools for this purpose.
