Award for industry winner Schmidt + Clemens

Lindlar, December 21, 2023. Work-life balance is an important criterion for many employees in Germany when choosing an employer. The award was based on a study by the F.A.Z. Institute, which was accompanied by the IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research and examined a total of around 20,000 companies. Social listening data was identified and evaluated in the areas of "employer", "working atmosphere" and "family friendliness". The so-called tonality balance and the range of mentions were taken into account.
