At Schmidt + Clemens, family friendliness comes first – and we prove it with our very own company daycare: “Die S+C-Pänz.” Since 2008, we have offered loving, high-quality childcare exclusively for the children of our employees. That means peace of mind, knowing your little ones are in great hands while you focus on your work.
Our daycare is a model project in the Oberberg region: with around 200 m² of indoor space and 260 m² outdoors, there is plenty of room for playing, exploring, and having fun. A large terrace with a slide into the sandbox and diverse play equipment guarantee fresh-air fun and joyful discovery.
A major plus for working parents: our daycare offers extended opening hours and remains open during school holidays – giving you the flexibility to balance work and family with ease.
We are currently expanding the facility to increase capacity to 30 children, creating even more space for happy kids and helping parents manage career and family life even better.

Since 2011, we have operated an in-house fitness studio, available exclusively to our employees. You can work out here five days a week, free of charge and on your own time.
