Data generated by the monitoring of the reformer tubes can be massive and therefore its handling, storage and visualization can represent a challenge for the user when trying to assess the condition of a reformer furnace. In order to allow for easy access and visualization of the data gathered during the entire life cycle of the products, Schmidt + Clemens offers an integral environment within a cloud platform.

Schmidt + Clemens Cloud shows 2D mapping of the reformer with easy colour maps to plot data such as:

Additionally to the 2D map, by using the data of each shutdown it is possible to study the creep rate and the creep evolution in a 2D graph.

The S+C cloud allows data storage and a common interface to share documentation between Schmidt + Clemens and plant operators. In this place, you can find results of QC inspections and certificates, the current drawings of the reformer tube assemblies, details of accessories or investigation reports carried out for the reformer tubes.
