This is particularly relevant for the two sophisticated materials of our Centralloy® family: Centralloy® HT E for steam crackers and Centralloy® G 4852 Micro R for steam reformers.

A further product innovation is SCOPE®. SCOPE® tubes feature inside profiling which provides considerable higher heat conductivity (heat transfer), thus increasing furnace productivity.

    • protection against embrittlement
    • protection against corrosion
    • higher resistance during operational transients

Customizable 3D inner profile to address the special needs of steam cracking for optimized performance.

  • Increased run length due to lower TMT & coke formation
  • Higher product selectivity due to gas temperature balancing, i.e. insufficient cracking and/or excessive cracking
  • Increased energy efficiency or higher feed rate/conversion potential due to higher heat transfer
  • Increased coil life due to lower tube temperatures, less carburization
