Founded on May 1, 1879, by Wilhelm Clemens and Ludwig Schmidt as a steel trading company in Frankfurt am Main, our family-owned business has grown into a global leader in casting and forging components.
In 1900, the company relocated to Lindlar-Kaiserau - our current headquarters.
