German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettengesetz)

We are committed to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and support their implementation wherever possible – especially throughout our supply chains. This commitment drives us to promote responsible and sustainable business practices at every level.

UN Sustainable Development Goals

The United Nations has established 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We fully support these goals and actively contribute to their achievement within the scope of our operations and influence.

Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz)

The Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) is Germany’s implementation of the EU Whistleblower Directive. It aims to protect individuals who report violations they become aware of in the course of their professional activities. The law prohibits any form of retaliation against whistleblowers and requires companies to establish secure channels for reporting misconduct. S+C has implemented the necessary measures and provides both internal and external reporting systems in line with legal requirements.

Supply chain responsibility

One of our key focus areas is full compliance with Germany’s Supply Chain Due Diligence Act – a law we enforce rigorously throughout our entire value chain. This commitment reflects our dedication to sustainable and responsible business practices at every level.
