Steam Reformer
Services
For steam reformers, monitoring the internal condition is one of the key success factors. With ID Baseline Measurement, S+C records the condition of the inner tube as a reference for future comparisons – an essential tool for long-term condition analysis.
Tube Growth Monitoring enables the early identification of uneven tube elongation to avoid structural stress and consequential damage.
Complemented by metallurgical investigations, this creates a comprehensive understanding of material behavior, aging processes, and mechanical stability during ongoing operation.
DRI
Services
Direct reduction places the highest demands on materials and plant systems – especially under the influence of hydrogen or natural gas.
Through metallurgical investigations, the OD Measurement Device, and our CLD system, S+C provides crucial insights into material behavior, inner tube condition, and mechanical changes during operation. This enables early assessment of the plant’s structural integrity – and ensures long-term operational safety.
