Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Production & Engineering

Dominic Otte is a dynamic and goal-oriented executive leader with over 18 years of experience in managing and restructuring production companies on both national and international levels. As Chief Operating Officer of the Schmidt + Clemens Group, the global market leader in high-quality stainless steel components, he is responsible for global production, technology, and quality strategies. His responsibilities also include all activities related to artificial intelligence.

In addition, he is actively engaged as a member of various supervisory and advisory boards, contributing his extensive industry expertise. Dominic Otte is also a member of the CTO Forum of the Rudolf Diesel Medaille.
