Schmidt + Clemens Group implements whistleblower protection law

Lindlar, December 01, 2023. The German Whistleblower Protection Act came into force on July 2, 2023 and transposes Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (Whistleblower Directive) into national law. A corresponding reporting office has been set up for the German companies in the Group.

This law protects whistleblowers and prescribes uniform standards for whistleblowing and the protection of reporting persons.

The Schmidt + Clemens Group is now continuing to implement the national legislation on time and has set up corresponding reporting offices in Spain and the Czech Republic. In addition, there is a central reporting office for the Schmidt + Clemens Group.
